Hey Fam,
How is everyone?

Just wanted to know what you guys thought about the show Unsung which has been played nightly on TV one since it's debut on Sunday November 30th, but the teaser originally aired on Thanksgiving Night!

Al B. Sure! hosted / narrated the show. I think he did a phenomenal job. What a great choice of narrator. He definitely has the perfect voice to do it all.

But, the stories have been truly amazing as well. So far, I have seen the Debarge and Donnie Hathaway shows and wow, what tragic stories. I had no idea about what happened with the Debarges. At least not to that extent. Their father brought so much hurt and pain to hat family. I actually had tears listening to Randy and Bunny discuss the abuse they endured by the hands of their own father. Especially Bunny with experienceing the sexual abuse for those 6 long years. I could not even imagine. Very heartbreaking.

I look forward to seeing the Phyllis Hyamn and Clark Sisters show. I hope they will be doing more episodes because this show is GREAT! It's nice to see the history on how the artists got started and how things transformed over the years.

I just got my cable back this week but I'm looking for them to come with the reruns or something. But I heard it was off the hook especially the Debarges.

I saw bits and piece's of it and what little that I did see of it was that they all were on drugs and out of the group that El remained drug free for a while, I guess the pressure of trying to keep the group together he fell into it. What an amazing family.

LET ME CLEAN UP MY PREVIOUS MESSAGE BEFORE SOME PEOPLE TAKE IT THE WRONG WAY. WHEN I SAID WHAT AMAZING FAMILY I SAYIN INTO REFERENCES OF ALL IN WHAT THEY HAD TO ENDURE. JUST WANTED TO CLEAN THAT UP A LIL BIT.

I 2 saw some of it, and it really was a nice program. And I give Al. a A+ for being strong and holding his own when so many other were caught up. Just do it Al. And be strong.

I JUST WANT TO SAY MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM MY FAMILY TO YOUR'S. AND REMEMBER THE WHO HAVE LESS THAN WE DO PRAY FOR THEM. I ALSO WANT TO ADD THAT I AM VERY EXCITED THAT I GOT SELECTED INTO THE MADISON WHO'S WHO AMONG EXECUTIVES AND PROFESSIONAL LISTINGS AND THE ONE'S WHO WERE PICKED WE WILL BE IN 09 EDITION OF TIME LIFE MAGAZINE. THAT IS A GREAT ACHIVEMENT FOR A OLE COUNTRY GAL LIKE MYSELF, THANK YOU GOD AND ONCE AGAIN. MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR.
